 Learning to drive with Karen has been such a pleasure! She makes every lesson fun while managing to keep calm during some pretty sticky situations. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to learn in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

My time with Karen

From the moment I started driving lessons with Karen (or Kazza!) she made me feel at ease and comfortable behind the wheel and on the road! No one ever thought that I would actually pass my driving test. Well we proved them wrong - and I haven't crashed 3 years on (and don't intend on doing so)! I believe that Karen's calm and collective manor and her way of explaining exactly where you have gone wrong and how to improve for next time is what helped me pass so quickly and confidently. Her reconstructions of scenarios from driving the streets of Leeds as funny as they were - were very useful and help you see exactly what you have done and how you can improve so that you can pass your test in a timely fashion. Karen was always on time if not early... shame I can't say the same for myself... but she didn't mind too much! Karen was flexible and helpful in the sense that once I wanted our lesson to finish off in town and so thats where we finished my lesson that week! The nicest thing about having Karen as my driving instructor (other than the fact she is a great teacher) was that I got a card on my birthday - even though we didn't have a driving lesson that day. It really shows how much she cares about you as a person over being a client. Karen has now taught my brother to drive and when the time comes - she will also be teaching both my sisters!

The cost of lessons were acceptable and Karen also has a discount scheme. Karen has excellent local knowledge and was qualified to teach Pass Plus after the girls quickly passed their driving tests. Karen always provided a clean, safe and reliable dual controlled car and there was never anyone else in the car other than my daughters. I have recommended Karen to many of my daughters friends and will continue to do so in the future.
